You can return your online order at any time through the carrier. We are committed to making our customers’ shopping experience as smooth as it should be!
Returns are easy! Simply contact our customer service staff with your order number and email address. Choose the item you want to return, then it’s decision time: Get a free shipping label to return the product through the carrier, we receive the product to confirm that there is no damage and refund. It’s as easy and fun as flying a drone!
Refund Policy
You may request a refund or replacement within 14 calendar days of receiving your product, subject to the terms outlined below. If your product develops an issue beyond the 14-day period, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a warranty claim.
Our return and refund service covers the following:
1. If the product has no manufacturing defects and remains in new, resellable condition, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
2. If the product has a manufacturing defect, within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:
1. Requests made after 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
2. Products returned without all original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or any items that are not in new or like-new condition, including those with cracks, dents, or scratches.
3. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice, or if there is reason to believe that the proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice has been altered or forged.
4. Any product failure or damage caused by unauthorized use or modification, including exposure to moisture, foreign objects (such as water, oil, or sand), or improper installation or operation.
5. Signs of tampering, modification, or removal of product labels, serial numbers, or waterproof marks.
6. Damage caused by uncontrollable external factors such as fire, flood, strong winds, or lightning.
This policy is written to ensure transparency and protect both parties in the transaction.
Refund Timing
Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. The refund process typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Free Gifts
If your order included free gifts, they must be returned along with the original item. If any gifts are not returned, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your total refund.
Bundled Deals
For orders that include discounted products in a bundle, refunds can only be processed for the entire order. Individual items from a bundled deal are not eligible for separate refunds.
Care Refresh Plan Codes
Care Refresh Plan codes can be refunded as long as they have not been activated for the product. If you wish to return a Care Plan, please contact our customer service team.
Gift Cards
Gift card purchases are non-refundable once the sale is finalized.
Personalized Items
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.
Replacement Policy
You may request our replacement service under the following conditions:
1. If the product does not match the original description in one or more significant aspects, you may apply for a replacement within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
2. If the product experiences a performance issue, you may apply for a replacement within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
The following situations are not eligible for replacement:
1. Requests made more than 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
2. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice, or if there is reason to believe the proof has been altered or forged.
3. Products returned for replacement without all original accessories, attachments, and packaging, or items damaged due to user error.
4. If, after thorough testing, we determine the product has no defects.
5. Any product failure or damage caused by unauthorized use or modification, including exposure to moisture, foreign objects (such as water, oil, or sand), or improper installation or operation.
6. Signs of tampering or modification of product labels or serial numbers.
7. Damage caused by uncontrollable external factors such as fire, flood, strong winds, or lightning.
8. Failure to provide proof from the carrier for damage that occurred during transportation.
