2. How do I file a warranty claim with DJI?
To file a warranty claim, you’ll need to submit a repair request via DJI’s official website. Provide your product’s serial number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue. DJI will evaluate the claim and provide further instructions.
3. What is DJI Care Refresh, and how does it work?
DJI Care Refresh is an optional protection plan that offers replacement services for accidental damage, including crashes, water exposure, or flyaways (for supported models). It provides up to two replacements within the service period for a nominal fee. Activation must occur within a specific timeframe after purchasing your drone.
4. Can I repair my DJI drone if it’s not covered under warranty?
Yes, DJI offers paid repair services for drones outside of warranty coverage. You can request an online repair service, send your drone to an authorized service center, and receive a repair quote based on the evaluation.
5. How long does the DJI repair process take?
The repair process typically takes 2–3 weeks, including shipping, evaluation, and repair. DJI provides a status tracker online, allowing you to monitor your case’s progress.
6. What should I do if my DJI drone flies away?
