Drone Fly Safety
Practice Safe Flying for a Responsible Drone Community
When flying your drone, it’s essential to maintain safety awareness and uphold public airspace order. Lawful and compliant flying not only allows you to maximize your creativity efficiently and safely but is also vital for the growth of the drone community. Please adhere to local laws and regulations, choose safe environments for flight, and contribute to a secure and responsible drone flying community.

Common Sense Of Flight Safety
Fly in open areas and within sight. For safety reasons, do not fly over people, animals or moving vehicles.
Your DJI drone must not fly higher than 120m (400 ft) above the ground.
Stay sober and do not conduct any drone operation after drinking
When operating the drone, please keep both hands in control of the aircraft to avoid accidents.
Before conducting drone operations, ensure that the signal at the location is good to avoid signal interruption during flight.
If you are not familiar with flying drones, you can learn flight training and strengthen your practice in a flight simulator.
When you're on a drone mission, you can only operate one drone at a time for safety.
When flying a drone, you have to keep the drone in your line of sight, which means you can always see the drone with your own eyes (not through a device, screen, or goggles).
Avoid Flying Over Crowds or Dense Areas
Avoid Flying Over Crowds or Dense Areas When operating your drone, do not fly over people or into densely populated areas, including but not limited to beaches, parks, or sports venues.
Respect Others' Privacy
Always respect the privacy of others. Avoid filming or recording individuals without their consent when using drones, as this may violate local laws.
Maintain Distance from Airports for Drones
If your drone weighs over 250 grams, it must remain at least 5.5 kilometers away from controlled airports, which typically have control towers. Use a drone safety app to check where it’s safe to fly.
Fly Only During Daylight and Good Weather
You may operate your drone only during daylight hours and in favorable weather conditions. Avoid flying in or through clouds or fog.
Avoid Flying Drones Over Public Safety Areas
Do not operate your drone over areas that may impact public safety or where emergency actions are underway. This includes, but is not limited to, police operations, fires, traffic accidents, firefighting efforts, or search and rescue missions.
Fly away from dangerous areas
If you are near a helicopter landing zone or a small airport without a control tower, you may fly your drone within a 5.5-kilometer range. However, if you see a manned aircraft nearby, you must immediately and safely move away and land your drone.
Additional permission for commercial drones
If you intend to use a drone for work or commercial purposes, you must not only follow the required rules but may also need to register your drone and obtain licenses or certifications, depending on the laws and regulations in your location.
