Generally, shipments take 7 to 14 business days (Monday to Friday).

The same-day order cut-off time is 6:00 PM China Standard Time (Hong Kong).

Order processing time is typically 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).

B. Delivery Terms

C. Address Changes

Once the package is in transit, we cannot modify the delivery address. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us at contact@djidrone.store within 24 hours of placing your order.

D. Order Cancellation

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

E. Damaged Packages in Transit

If your package is damaged during transit, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer service team. If the package is delivered while you are not present, contact customer service for further assistance.
